An amazing place called TVS...

My school life in TVS started from my 3rd standard . Thrilled was i when i joined this school, Such a big campus, teachers who were more like friends, no restrictions, equal attention given for co-curricular activities.

Wow as i pen down my thoughts, i am taken back into those days where we used to take the school bus, the excitement on reaching school before the other bus reaches. (Now i guess there are more than 10 buses) whoa... way to go people.. the corridor plays before the class started, how many of you skated with your shoes and had races with the guys... i have people.. typical of me... the class tests, the section fights between the guys, the key word test our history mam used to give (I used to be her pet too), the drawing class in the craft hall, our french classes taken by our principal, CCA, Friday assembly, Volley ball classes, bunking classes for dance practise, Fortnight Test with five subjects on the same day, no bunking classes the previous day of the fortnight test, awaiting new joiners every year, the post lunch coconut burfi fight, cycle stand talks, bus stand talks, talks talks talks.. phewwwwww.. lots lots lots to write.. Dont you even give that finally-we-escaped-smile... There are very few schools where the students are given freedom to express their thoughts, to play around, to bring out talents. And mine was one toooo....

Every year we used to have fire crackers being burst by some mysterious, whacky, intelligent guys in some empty class room, or near the staircases when our classes are going on. Come on don't give me that look, what do you call them when you can't even find who had done it. When you go to that place you can find different means they had used to burst it, but all well planned. Our classes will be half way and teachers would have gone to investigate.. and whoaa.. we are freee... Every year during the board exams, we had always topped the state. Just makes me so so so proud to have studied there. Ok dont ask me now.. All the teachers had always been friendly, which makes me wonder had i ever been afraid of my teachers.. well the answer is.. naaaaaaaa.... but we did hold enough respect for them though...

Whenever we had a family get together, we used to have fights amongst cousins on whose school was the best... So much to talk about our school... What makes it more special is the Alumini we have in our school. Though its been years that I completed school.. the moment someone is gonna say LOSA that lits up a light in my eye. Meeting up with old friends and conducting a three day meet and organising competitions between the schools of the current generation, is no joke. It brings us back together, collecting funds, organising things, sticking posters during midnight and sitting in your old class, your labs I tell you... gives me goosebumps now. No jokes, it always brings in wonderful memories as the saying goes.. Memories have wonderful ways of bringing back favourite yesterdays.. and my school days always remain my favourite yesterdays...
As we always say, to whichever part of the world you go.. you end up meeting a person who had studied in TVS.... I can write on and on about my school.. but naaah.. sometime later... I will be back...

Real Refresher..

Its a downpour, its raining Cats and dogs... whatever it is called, any day a rain can bring in a fresh mood. When you wake up in the morning and it is raining, what more do we need than to have a hot cup of tea and watch the rain. Yeah yeah i hear you say.. we-have-heard-this-earlier-sigh, but this is my blog and i can say what i want... so i continue :)
I just love the rains, when there had been times when it rains and people wait for it to stop so that they can ride their bike without getting drenched, I had always loved getting wet. Driven the bike in the rain, enjoyed each and every bit that falls on me. I know i know, i hear you say it can be dangerous at times when it really pours heavily, but the thrill is what you get. Your visibility gets reduced, but the joy of getting wet increases, the water on road being gushed on you by other vehicles gets increased. But hey... thats a lot of fun to experience people.. But so sad that the country i live in currently, if iam going to do such a thing, i might be claimed of disobeying the law... So no thrill in life.

But there are times when our dear own auto anna drops you in the middle of the road with water logged due to rain and still its raining, no other go... wade your way to office in that water guys.. As the famous penguin dialogue in The Madagascar, Smile and wave boys.. Smile and wave..

During a great downpour, just get out of the house and get wet in the rain. How many days will you still sit inside and enjoy the rain, get out and let loose people. Nah Nah am not talking about any manirathnam movie, try it out people, its worth a try. It feels really good at heart.

After the rain, just look at those fresh trees, the lovely rainbow, roads that are cleanly washed, and reflects the vehicles... isnt it a refresher, the cool breeze, the water shower from trees when you walk under them, everything around looks so refreshing...

So what are you waiting for, get wet in the next rain....

Things that you would love to do...

Have you ever wondered what you actually want to do ... rather than following the same old monotonous things that we are forced to do daily. What is that you would love to do. What is that when you do brings a real smile onto your face, without even wondering the what-the-heck-look by others.

Have you...

Eaten icecream dripping all over your dress, your face.. and still enjoyed finishing it...

Driven the bike in heavy rain, not bothering about the water that splashes on you leaving you drenched...

Ever wondered standing near a small plant wondering what it actually thinks ;)

Waited for the signal to turn green, though there are the excited bikemen ready to hit you and drive past you...

Though considered an adult, sat on the sand and made urself dirty till you see that black thing in you nails...

Given a gift to someone you love and made them feel so emotional that they feel special having you in their life...

Screamed at the topp of your voice just to show your happiness...

Ever sat back and thought how lucky we are to just even have the ability to speak when so many others are deprived of it...

Laughed out really loud and made the kid near you get scared of you...

If you have not.. try it out people.. you will feel really good at heart...

B(r)other

I don remember when exactly he entered my life... Was I happy, sad, did i feel a pang of jealousy that he will be sharing the love from all those who are dear to me... nope... I donot know. The moment i think of him, there comes a boy in his shorts, tucked in Tshirt, shoes , socks.. and a cute smile in his face. Ok cutting everyones imagination shorttttt... He is nonetheless my Smart B(r)other.

Like any normal brother & sister, we had our own physical fights (where both of us claim that we won... till now), mature fights (end up not talking for days) where he always comes back saying.. though you are wrong.. i ask for a sorry.. (this really irritates me more.) We grew up with me being a tomboy and him being shy. Moms pet is wht i say but mom refuses it saying, "Rendu perum enaku onnuthaan" ... as if i agree. When my friends used to come home, he was nowhere to be found and when his friends came home he wants me to be inside, when i happily chit chatted my way with all his friends. This is very very normal. Yeah Yeah i can hear you all sing a chorus. I had been quite rude to him at times, when i was really angry, but he has never taken it to heart and came back as if nothing happens. I do miss all those fights with him. Whenever there was a game being played during our childhood, he was always the "Uppuku chapani". He was brighter than me, anyday (but dad still believes am the best ;)) I don get it how he is in the software industry debugging codes. But whatever bright he is, he can never control his sleep. Have heard stories of him sleeping in classrooms from his school, till college days when the classes were going on and still continue to hear this story as he is leading a team in the corporate world. hahaha my revenge time.. wonderful i am loving it. I know now the entire vote is for my bro... wait till you reach the end. "Picture abhi baaki hai mere Dhost"

But as we grew up, and matured (ok stop giggling there Iam old enough now) my cousins were not spared, coz when both of us are together, we pull their legs and they end up saying next time we are not near you. As we started taking our own lives in separate roads, we got to talk more on mobile phones and less of meeting each other. As we are left with a wonderful saying "Memories have wonderful days of bringing back our favourite yesterdays" all the wonderful memories i share with my bro are priceless.

The love, the fight, tears, happiness everything is divided by three now. Yes here comes the first relation in our life and am so happy for him. Just love to see his happiness, his excitement, his craziness, also scared poor thing how is she gonna manage him.. :)

Wishing life's best for both of you dears... You both are close to everything now...

The Roller coaster ride...

Not to be mistaken with the thalai-keelai-rounding roller coasters and the yeows and oooooohs that can be heard. Yeah the past few weeks was really a roller coaster ride that iam in.. Still not got out of it though... The first exposure to "Twilight" ... :D again no mistakes to thinking of the dusk and the beautiful sky with the red shades... Me and my friend had gone this girls day shopping and got the Twilight saga ... The vampire-based fantasy/romance novel series. Romance was never my style of reading and I somehow convinced to read the first novel in the series and hell yes iam in the front seat of the roller coaster now. From the moment i had taken the book to read, everyday it was the anticipation for the next level. A human and a Vampire love, did take me back to my college days. Nostalgia about the non-stop-college-fundas we used to have during college, anything and everything gushed off from the time i had started reading.. and thy ended up a die hard Twilight Fan... For readers Twilight is suggested by Thy...

The sudden numbness that came into my right side, the fear-that-gripped everywhere and you have a choked feeling, imagining on what i was supposed to do if i really get a paralytic attack... i can hear giggles everywhere.. people iam panick stuck and thanks to the one week of second-seat-roller-coaster-ride and few tantrums thrown on friends (Scared them with my tears), parents, doctors (huh!!! what dya think, taking an xray on the neck thinking you have cervical spontilitis is not a joke) and finally ended up to know i had just muscle stiffness...
The roller coaster is still on as i continue reading the Twilight Series, tantrums still thrown on friends for my numbness, the super duper work i do at office... Waiting to climb down the roller coaster...

P.S: Reasons on why i did not write konja nalaiku... :) This should have been the title, due to image reasons.. hhehehe

Think Tank

This was the name of meeting rooms in one of the banks, when i had been to Zurich. Was so much impressed with the naming shtyle they had followed. Adhavathu literally "yosikum thotti" hahaha.. kudos to me with my translating abilities

Reminds me of a joke we tell about Sards. There was once this Sard who was writing an english exam. The question was "Write the past tense of Think". The Sard comes out and tells his friend on how he answered the question. "Aree yaarr.. i thought thought thought and wrote Thunk" (Think , Thank and Thunk)... aha.. ena oru moolai...

Whenever my Friend G asks , "Machi what are you doing not answering my question?" and if am gonna say "Thinking!!".. He gives me this laugh and says.. Machi.. its not your kinda job... i know so humiliating... i give him the thapichi-po-intha-thadavai-looks... we end up bursting out with our usual laughs...

Don't ask me why i ended up writing this topic.. iam still thinking...

My new Foot Spa Massager

Yeaaaaiiiii.. i got my new foot spa massager.. yes yes you heard it right.. i have been eyeing it for a very long time and today couldnt resist it as my legs get elephant tired (how long do we say dog tired.. summa oru changeeeku hehehe) after long walks. Really i walk a lot these days. And cutting the biggest story short, the massager seems to be working fine. After reading all those scary warnings of put-your-leg-only-when-massager-is-plugged it finally did serve the purpose.

People who want free foot massaging are welcome home. No one can be as hospitable than me :)

Amma

Moms the best...
I know, this is going to be the topic on every blog... am i any exception... and that toO to write about my MOM. This is to let my amma know iam there for her anyday. Amma... such a nice way of calling mom, but never-the-less i ended up calling her Meeeeeee, where my annans and akkas ended up pulling me.. ean.. ammi aatukallunu koopiden. They will never rejoice the warmth that comes when calling her Meeeeee. Amma had always been my granny (Moms mom)

Amma has always been there for me. Amma always wanted me to call her amma and somehow we (who else can it be other than me and my bro V) ended up calling her Mee.. so here am gonna fulfill her wish. From the day i knew amma, she has always been active. I dono from where she gets such a great spirit, early morning when we were fast asleep she had always finishe almost all the chores. All we used to do was get up and eat the freshly made breakfast. By the time we finish the lunch would be ready. Am not kidding here, she is such a fast person. By the time the neighbours kitchen has breakfast being made, our house has lunch ready. Dad used to tell her she is like a fast machine.

Amma has been a strong support for all of us in the family. She has always been a pillar to the family. The days when dad was admitted in the hospital to the days when we fell ill, she had managed it all by her own will power and stayed with us never letting us down. She is amazing, she will let dad be with us in the hospital, go home, cook breakfast that is needed for all of us, make lunch, pack it and ride the bicycle back to hospital (which was near our house) and again evening she goes back home finishes all chores. She can never see us down.

Amma has taught me "Never look up on people who have more than us, see people who have less and who live their lives happily". (she learnt this from her amma) I have never, never heard amma ask for anything (i want this or i want that). Am not kidding, i dono why i never learn this habbit from her. She has always been content with what she has. Amma love you amma. She is such a talented person, i also learnt to paint from her. She taught me this beautiful art of glass painting, and dono why she is not pursuing it anymore. She has been a great friend of mine from school days till now. Remember following her from bedroom to kitchen telling all stories from school, college, about friends, movies, relatives, fights. We have discussed everything. My friends when they come home, are happy to discuss anything with her as she is such a friendly natured lady. She is tall and i admire her for her beauty.

Nobody can make pepper crab as delicious and yummy than her. Am a great fan of her when she makes non-veggies. The care she has for us never goes down. It has always been on the increasing phase. The days when she has been there with me for college admission, packing food for college (added muttai-dosais for friends), liking what we like, Smiles & giggles with her, speaking for us when we get scoldings from dad, crying when it is totally not needed (we are there for her), Tolerance(she is the heights- dono how long she can be like this and i will never learn this from her), never letting down me to V and same way about V to me, Dads greatest shoulder to lean to, Nowadays Racheals amma too :)... Can pen down on and on Amma is amma anyday...

Re-Union

Out of Sight is out of mind... heard of this verse long before somewhere, by someone... and hey stop stop, is that happening to us also... once friends and now we are e-friends, isn't this becoming a virtual world... Emails, ecards, chats.... whoa.. people wait.. hold on.. where are days we used to go out meet at coffee shops, sit there and chat till the waiter gives us the leave-now-look, chill out at Satyam, Mayajal... ECR drives, weekly hang-outs...

We gang of 7 decided we will not let our Past hang-outs gone into just memories or slam books... so here was our poa (Plan of action)... that we meet every year... and just explore some part of the world... and which other place is best to start other than our "Sondha ThaaiNadu". Plans started from suggestions from all of us... Goa, Lonavala, Moonar, Kumarakom... U name it we had already finished discussing it... We even spoke about fishermans cove in Chennai :)

When we had already started our regular conf calls with varying Time Zones, half sleepy, pulling each other as usual... We all did get excited as we were all in totally different parts of the world and was really a long time that we had all met... We finally ended up deciding we will go to Lonavala... And now slowly... there came the regular stuff... G was not in a position to join us due to official reasons, L and M had their personal problems.. and so it was the four of us left to decide if we still wanted to go and we still decided to go. Atleast we were the first to take the first step...

The day came too... the much awaited day to meet and have fun as we used to in our good ol' days... It all started on a very early flight to Lonavala.. very early here i mean.. really early.. had to be at the airport by 4. A flight till Pune.. and here we took the cab to Lonavala. Luggages piled up, early morning stop at the Dhaba to get just a cup of tea, u must be joking.. i was hungry and all we get was tea... ok.. our journey continued to the much awaited green place. But wait, where has all the greenry gone? it was rather brownery. Whts wrong with the place? ...ahn. we had taken the wrong time of the year.. and chennai claimed to be a better place. But cant keep cribbing about it all the time when we had the next 3 days to be spent here. But the hotel turned out to be a heaven, with spa, good food, nice cozy rooms and most of all good friends to have fun.

Three days of watching sunset together, climbing the karla caves, looking at awe at the beautiful built caves, playing cards, watching movie at lonavala, buying chikki, talking about the booth bungalow, playing pranks of dropping me at the booth bungalow, buying things on the roadside shops, the togetherness at the indian-grand-canyon, shopping at pune, running for our flight, no matter how brown the place was our three days was really a good break, though L, G and M missed it, we sure to make it next time for that... our three days ended so short

Looking forward for our next meet....

Girl Friends...

Warning: This is a lengthy post and people with less patience beware

How many of us have a count of really good girl friends whom we can go back to and share our feelings, or who can even understand our silence... This post is dedicated to all my girl friends (Not to be taken in the wrong sense) to whom i get back to anytime of the day, month or year and pester them with my problems, my agony, my cribbings, my joy, my findings...

Being with girl friends who are of the same frequency, wave-length or whatever you call it, is such an exhilarated feeling. Girl friends come in all forms... L & S are such wonderful friends, that they can listen to you even past mid-night and still answer to all the ridiculous questions i ask them and finally L and me find S sleeping with a snore... L encourages whatever I am upto, from dresses i wear to the dresses I pick in shopping (finally i end up buying two extra set of dresses with L's encouragement and damage to my purse is already done). L has this wonderful habbit of getting tensed when someone has to pass a comment on me, or say something to hurt me... How happy I feel inside me, that i feel i really have good friends who care for me... S on the contrary listens quietly and finally tells me to ignore them and walk off...

Then comes D... Known D for about 20yrs by now.. wow thats quite some time... Being with her for such a long time, we have had enuf fights between us and our friends used to tease us saying thought u both were in a fight... and still the next time we speak to each other... there is never this stopping of us and we end up speaking as if we never fought in this world... She has always been with me through my ups and downs, we have cried to each other, consoled each other, Shopped together, watched movies together, watched the sunset at Besant Nagar Beach and the waves hitting our legs, gossiped about friends, Looked at all smart men together, Surprised each other with gifts all the time, been to each others house and known each others families so long... Never can put our times in a small post... D this part is mostly for you...

Then comes my sweet sweet Roomy R... Being a fashion designer learned many things from her on many ways of dressing, been roaming with her for some 4 years and now missing her badly... She was a great sense of support for me, from being brave (call her our super-woman) to doing all crazy things in life...

Then is S my dear college friend and then became part of my life... she is the best of all... She knows wht i think and the other way... No one can replace you my Dear S... Great times were with her while we shopped when we were out of our jobs, when we used to meet at the head-office (Globus) and pestering other friends to meet us there, Eating out daily even with what less money we had then, movies, outings, our laughter... nothing can beat it...

And finally O... She is my soulmate... I can be with her how iam and even my silence is understood with her... our bike rides, our yapping about anything and everything under the sun, lengthy talks about life, our eatouts at little italy, exploring chennai, movies at satyam... gosh my partner in crime for shopping... i know her husband has to replace my position now...

The world would have been a darker place without you gals ...

Keep rocking dear ponnugale... you are the best...

P.S: There are lots of other girl friends of mine whom i have missed here to mention.. pls dont take it hard.. coz without you all i wouldnt have made so far...

Madurai...The City that never Sleeps...

True to those words enga ooru thoongi nan enaikume pathathu ilai... It starts with the freshness in the morning when we go out and see people queueing to get milk, the small tea shops with hot milk boiling and chaya ready to be given... men squatting near the shops waiting for the tea.. apadiye cut panrom.. shot moves to the ladies who are readily with their kola maavu* to start painting their imagination in front of their house... This scene is really missing as we move out of the city to the metro life... omg.. how much i am missing being at home...

The hustle bustle life starts slowly, the milk man going from one home to another, the paper boy throwing papers, ammas preparing breakfast for their kids and the husbands and the family... Kids on cycles to schools, Men hurrying in their bikes... all these are regular morning plights in every city.. yes i agree.. but Maduraikunu oru Shtyle irukunga...

You should be very talented to ride a bike in Madurai. If you have ridden a bike here then you can ride it anywhere... apadi oru logic... god knows when the person going in front of us will turn, dono which side is he going to turn, though the right indicator will keep blinking he still will not turn at times, when the Green light turns on the signal people rush like they are participating in a F1 race... The steaming looks i get from my dad when i ride it along with the crowd... nowadays as we are turning into the wonder world of telecommunications, people drive/ride with cell phones on their ear (even the cyclist holds his mobile and not bothering about others but ride to his own glory) ...

Speaking about respect... Madurailathaanga kathukanum. Any person is treated with due respect here... After setting foot into Chennai the first thing that shook me hard was the way we were treated by the local automan... "Enga oorula epadi mariyathaiya pesuvaanga theriyuma" My friends should be tired of hearing this stmt from me all the time...

The "Manmanam maratha pengal". Western shtyle is trying hard to step into Madurai... Though u see women in jean or kurthas, the traditional manam is still there. You can see girls in half saree, Sarees mostly and chudidhars come next and a few % of jeans and others. What more do you want

More stories to continue later...

I want to dont want paal...

Kids these days ... i tell u .... imagine the same statement been told by our Amma Appas about us... if we had imagined ourselves to be smarter than our parents... here comes the shock of our lives.. kids are far far better now... they dont even think before they speak coz they have it all stored in them.. coming to the title of this blog.. My best friends 2 year old daughter says this statement to say she doesnt want milk :)

No more do we need to check the correctness of this statement, the message is clearly conveyed to us.. she doesnt want to drink milk... lol... i pity her mom... I happen to roam around with this bunch of family crowd, though i dont mainly baby sit the kids.. but enjoy playing with them, they have so much to tell us... They are stubborn in what they want, they know to gain attention, they bargain more than us, we need to bribe them more... and they are too fast in learning things... they dont lose energy... omg... This lil lady am speaking about is full of josh... as they say... a F1 racer loses 5kgs after a race, everytime iam with her.. i feel i have lost 1kg.. running behind her and playing with her.. but it is fun... as they grow i think we need to be all the more prepared to answer all their questions...

Had we been so much energitic or been this shrewd... god knows...

Chennaiiiiiiii......

So long Chennaila irunthuruken.. and whts up.. no blogs about it.. here i come with my new stories... Happened to be in Chennai last week during Valentines day and voila.. Chennai has undergone a great change... The moment i landed in Chennai i was in sheer joy, First am gonna meet my friends.. and the second thing was Shopping... Whats more than shopping for a girl..

Just put down my bags in my friends house and then started straight for dinner at a famous hotel in chennai. Velavasi eririchu makale... A once 200Rs Buffet was charged 700 that day... so on second thoughts we went to the other restaurant in the same hotel... 700 eee.. parava ilanu ... we felt finally... A plate of kal dosai was charged 250 Rs.. ammadiyov.. wht the heck.. just pay for it.. and have the not so so tasty kal dosai... and we barged out of the hotel by 10.30 p.m. Even after all those Val day threats, people were flooding into the hotel. Being three girls we just had to take an auto back home and with lots of talking, gossiping, we had to get back to sleep.. We had a big day coming up... yeow... shopping...

Nothing can beat chennai when it comes to shopping... whao... Pantaloons, West side, City centre, Regal shoes, Landmark, omg... lots and lots.. My friends are never tired of me when i say shopping, though they give me this weird look of god-when-is-she-gonna-stop. West side had a great collection of kurtis, though my so so not shopping friends (who just got 3 sets of kurtis) said the collections were less. Managed to grab a few sets after one of my friend gave me this signal of are-u-going-to-try-them-or-do-i-leave look, we headed straight to the Regal footwear shop and brought down the whole store trying all the slippers, again after few hundreds lost from our purses we managed to enter city centre. The big sale... All the indianised kurtis and skirts that you dont get abroad... man it was a treat for me... trying all of 'em... watching all the beautiful girls... now i understand why there is a big lot of guy crowd just roaming around in city centre.

All sorts of crowd in city centre, from people who are seeing escalators for the first time in their life, the not so interested salesman, kids who are left alone when parents shop, the excited women, bored men (mainly husbands) say what.. i miss chennai a lot... With lots of shopping done had to leave chennai with a heavy heart..

Lifes Exciting Moments...

Many great excited moments comes and goes in everyones life... Am not spared too... Sharing such moments would be great fun and so here it goes. It starts wayyyy down when i was in my school days. Every sunday we used to go to our grandparents house and after lunch we (four of us, the brats down home) used to wait for the dairy milk that our grandpa used to give us. Those days cadbury used to come with different animal moulds in the chocolate. Getting one of our favourite in the chocolate was a real excitement. Those were the innocent days where anything and everything excited us...

Then came the day when i got my bicycle. A real excited me... Those days going out to an icecream parlour with friends was really exciting. Our parents never used to let us go out of the neighbourhood line, but every last annual exam we used to get permission and go for our much awaited parlour visit with our full gang... and going in the new cycle, used to get an elated feeling.

College was always fun, participating in the culturals and getting prizes everytime, was a real excitement. Practising for culturals, participating and winning was the real one... And finally getting to hoot and cheer for our team, was the greatest joy i had ever felt.

When i got my Lakshmi(My bajaj sprit) i really wanted to go round the city as much as i can. I felt like i had got freedom all of a sudden. When i wanted to go shopping, or just go to a place i just need not wait for some transport or depend on someone to come and pick me...

We were a gang of 7 in our office. We used to hang out lots after work. Whenever we used to go out, try new dishes, every moment i remember. The surprise parties with my room mates, Planning for a surprise party, getting gifts, and waiting till the person sleeps and brining the cake with all candles on and no lights in house. We sure did enjoy those moments.

But anyday, whenever there was a break and when returning home to meet mom, dad and my bro had always been fun. Being with them, just lazing at home and doing nothing but just eating mom made food and roaming out, nothing in life can match it...

R we aware of Global Warming...

The so called "Global Warming" seems to be a buzz everywhere we turn around, where everyone just takes in a minute to read it and then forget about it... Are we as the habitants of the planet, the so called beings with the power to think care about the world ? Are we really taking part in protecting the world other than reading about it and trying to empathise the situation...

Global warming is the increase in the average measured temperature of the Earth's near-surface air and oceans since the mid-20th century, and its projected continuation. Also refers to the warming in recent decades and its projected continuation, and implies a human influence

I once had a chance to watch a movie called "An Inconvenient truth", which is when i realised the impacts of what the planet is really going through. To have an insight of the movie here goes the link http://www.climatecrisis.net/.

How can an individual play his part in saving the planet...
Earlier were days where we used to go out and play, watch less of the television, Air condition was of a term not used by everyone, mobile phone... what was that new term. Why am i speaking about these all of a sudden, coz these are things that we can do from our side to protect the planet. Remove the chargers when not in use, switch off the television when no one is seeing... Usage of less plastic, instead of having to bring back what we got from the super market in plastic bags, why not we take in our own bags and try using less of plastic. There is always the first step to be taken, once it is done, there is no looking back guys... these are few things that i know and i have shared, (Efforts each individual can give from his/her side)

This effort of saving the planet will not happen if just one person, or is it just the president thinking about it.... naaaaa.... its a combined effort, i am posting this topic coz, i wanted to share the thought of saving the planet to people i know...

What did we do for our planet, which has given us so many things without expecting anything back from us... just garbage... Let us think guys... This planet is where our future generation is going to live... so actions speak better than words...

Once upon a time...

Long ago.. long long ago... Nobody can say how long ago...
